Quiet location — just what we had expected. The room was nice and the staff was always ready to help.

Well situated - in the village of Charlotte.

In close proximity to charlecote national park entrance.

The bus stop is right in front of the place.

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was generally tidy. The room was comfortable and considering it's 30 km to the airport we got no complains at all.

Perfect for National Trust visits

b In general: /b Had a 4 night break, and very happy with my choice of hotel. We were in an 'Executive Double' which was spacious and although in a block separate from the main hotel, the block was pleasant. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b The hotel is directly outside Charlecote Park (NT) and in a quiet location. It is also within about 30 minutes drive of Baddesley Clinton (NT) and Packwood House (NT) and 45 minutes from Coughton Court (NT). Stratford upon Avon is 4 miles away. There are plenty of pubs within say a 4 mile radius for evening meals. br/ b Service: /b Reception staff were pleasant and all the Breakfast staff were efficient and helpful. br/ b Dining: /b We were on a B&B package so only sampled the breakfast. Excellent choice from an extensive hot and cold buffet, the bacon sarnies were much enjoyed. br/ b Sports and leisure: /b There is a tennis court, but we didn't see or use it. br/ b Room: /b Room 55 has a very soft bed. The furniture is mixed in style, but the room was spotlessly clean. br/ b Useful tips: /b Although Room 55 is well sized, it does suffer from a constant low level hum from the kitchen extractor fans. This did not necessitate us asking to be moved, but light sleepers should be aware of this. br/

Delicious breakfast, thanks a lot! It had lovely rooms and was very close to St Leonard's.

It had nice rooms and was next to St Leonard's Church. We had a pleasant stay!.

Clean tidy helpful staff would stay again

The room was spacious and well presented. The hotel is well placed for visiting stratford and is in a peacefull location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

It was a very pleasent hotel, with polite staff and good restaurant set in beautiful contryside and close to Stratford-on-Avon. If it had a spa and indoor swimming pool it would be perfect

The look of the hotel. I don't like modern buildings so your hotel was just lovely

I think the bedding/colours in your standard rooms need a bit of a lift. Brighter curtains, bedspread and cushions would make a huge difference.

We were very unhappy with our stay and were relieved when we were able to leave. We stayed in room 7 for two nights and the temperatures in that room were most uncomfortable added to which we were unable to open the window more than approx 1" and therefore were unable to get any air into the room to cool it. When we complained we were given a fan, and then another fan they were still not enough. When we requested that the window be opened like a normal window we were told this was impossible because we might jump out! "Health and Safety". It didn't appear to matter that with the window closed we had no escape in the event of a fire! I would like to see your Risk assessment saying that it's better to burn than jump.
